I think it looks a wee bit less Sungei Wangish without the leggings, but the leggings are necessary because it is so short! When I'm back in the UK I'll try it with a black jacket and black tights and see how that looks. I love the embroidery, anyway, though I'm ambivalent on the lace trim at the hem.
